3-wheeled Vespa?

I have to admit I haven't been paying a lot of attention to all of the articles about Vespa turning 60. Most seem to be the same article over and over again, and I can only read the same article so many times. But this morning, I saw something out of the corner of my eye that made me do a double-take:

"Rumour has it that Piaggio will unveil the first Vespa three-wheeler [on May 11, at Campidoglio in Rome]," it said in today's The Independent.

Are we talking Ape, or Honda Gyro?
